Terms & Conditions of Consultations

The consultation fee - £20 (£50 Credit)

When you pay £20 for your consultation fee, you will receive a credit of £50 against a dress purchased on the day of the consultation within that appointment. Any other special offers cannot be used in conjunction with appointment discount - simply the highest discount will be applied out of the offers. They cannot be used together. On the day offers are not available on consecutive appointments. Credit is only for Dress purchases and only for your 1st initial consultation.

Upgraded VIB Appointments - £50 (£75 Credit)

VIB consultations can only be booked for the First Appointment, and cannot be booked for a second, third visits etc. The £75 off dress is only available on the day of the appointment. Refreshments & Delicious offerings will vary. Dietary Requirements: If you have any special requirements, please let us know.

VIB Appointments: We will always endeavour to purchase snacks that are in line with your dietary requests & requirements. However, first and foremost, we are a bridal store - so please take into account that you eat at your own risk. If you are in any doubt, please ask to see the packaging and ingredients or do not eat the items you are unsure of. The Bridal Room Atherstone cannot be held responsible for anything eaten or drunk on site that you may react to - you do so at your own risk. We do not purchase any refreshments that we would not eat or drink ourselves. Credit is only for Dress purchases and only for your 1st initial consultation.

Cancellations of Appointments:

There are no refunds on VIB or Normal booking fees if cancelled within 72 hours ( working days) of the appointment. If you want to cancel your appointment, please get in touch - we can postpone your visit - but no refund after this.

VIB appointment cancellations within 2 weeks of the appointment £50 will be refunded. Cancellations within 72 (working days) of appointment - no refund of fee.

 

CCTV is used throughout the communal areas of the boutique for you & for us.

No photography or video is permitted unless by management.

During your appointment:

With 12 years of experience in bridal, we have found the best practice for your appointment is to have a 60-90 minute slot - trying on approximately 5-7 dresses, anything more than that can be quite overwhelming and confusing for you. To utilise the time well, we use the first 15 minutes to get to know your style and wedding plans, then the next 60 minutes to try on dresses, then 15 minutes to do paperwork and "yes to the dress moments" Of course, this may be slightly shorter depending on whether you find your dress or not. We do work back-to-back, so it is important that we stick to this time frame and ask that you arrive at the correct time.
