Appointments & Queries
If you have any questions please get in touch – we will normally respond pretty quickly! We operate purely on an appointment basis, so you’ll need to make sure we are free to see you prior to your visit. Our appointments do carry a small fee for your consultation of £20 but you'll get £50 off your gown purchased within that appointment. You are warmly invited to contact us to make your very special appointment or even if you just want to ask some questions.
Our Saturdays get booked up very quickly, so contact us to book your appointment as soon you're ready to find the one!

Cancellation policy & how to book
Once we have received your booking request we will be in touch and send you a PayPal request to confirm the booking! A Fee of £20 is required at the time of booking - however, this attracts a £50 Credit against your gown purchase on the same day. (£50 for VIB with a credit of £75).
We accept PayPal or bank transfer as payment for your booking fee, it is only refundable if you cancel within 72 hrs (working days) of the appointment.
It will be refunded the same way it was paid. Your statutory rights are not affected. We reserve the right to refuse any booking. Please note you do not need a PayPal account to pay via PayPal. For more info see our policies page
Out of Hours Appointments*
If you're unable to attend during our normal opening times, we do offer "out of hours" appointments as a special request (subject to availability). Normal Appointment fees apply.

Children
We love children, however, a bridal consultation is really not the perfect time for the little ones, they get easily bored and there are lots of things which could possibly harm, including leaning mirrors, pins, etc. So as much as you may want them to come, we please request that you leave the little ones with a loved one... this will give you the time to enjoy your time with us and not worry about your little ones running around. This is your time - so enjoy! ~ If of course, you have no choice we do welcome very well behaved children but please let us know this will be the case.
Locating us
Set in the hatting town of Atherstone - we are within very easy reach of surrounding towns, Coventry, Nuneaton, Warwickshire & Birmingham.
However, we have many of our brides traveling from the Midlands and beyond.
Within Atherstone, we are situated on Station Street which is the main road you will use to enter into Atherstone – we are located just after Aldi approx 50 yards on the right-hand side, opposite the bus station.
Parking
There is plenty of parking in Atherstone, with two main car parks, positioned right by the boutique. There is street parking outside the boutique but this is only a 30-minute stay. The car park opposite the boutique is for an hour only. In the main car park (opposite The Original Factory shop aka TOFFS) you can park there all day and is free for 2 hours (just input your reg number into the machine or use the app RingGo). We suggest you allow an hour and a half for your appointment, you may want to allow 2 hours with finding parking so you're not rushed. If you need help in finding us or parking please get in touch. Our appointments are back to back, so if you come in late it will be less time to try on. If you're a little early and we're still with a bride please pop for a coffee and come back for your appointment time as we close the boutique for each and every bride we won't let you in as we have no waiting area.
