WIN YOUR WEDDING DRESS – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The promoter is The Bridal Room Atherstone.

2. The promotion is open to customers aged 18 years or over who purchase a new made-to-order wedding dress during the promotional period (July 2026).

3. One automatic entry will be issued for each eligible made-to-order wedding dress purchased in July 2026.

4. Sale gowns, accessories, veils and all other purchases are excluded.

5. The promotion runs from 1st July 2026 until 31st July 2026.

6. One winner will be selected at random within 14 days of the promotion ending.

7. The winner will receive the value of the wedding dress ordered/purchased during the promotional period, up to a maximum prize value of £2,000.

8. If the wedding dress value exceeds £2,000, the winner will remain responsible for paying the balance above £2,000.

9. If the wedding dress has not been paid for in full, the prize will be deducted from the remaining balance. If the dress has already been paid for in full, the promoter will refund the eligible amount up to the maximum prize value.

10. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available other than any refund due under clause 9.

11. The promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.

12. Entry into the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

ALL SALE GOWNS £500 OR LESS – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The promotion applies only to selected sale wedding gowns marked as part of the “All Sale Gowns £500 or Less” event. Newly discontinued gowns have 20 % off their RRP.

2. The promotion is valid from 1/7/26 until 31/7/26 or while stocks last.

3. Sale gowns are sold as seen and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. There's only one of each & when they've gone they're gone.

4. Sale gowns are ex-sample or discontinued styles and may show signs of being tried on. Any imperfections will be highlighted at the time of purchase.

5. Sale gowns are sold off the peg and are taken home on the day of purchase unless otherwise agreed.

6. All sale gown purchases are final. No refunds, exchanges or cancellations will be offered.

7. Sale gowns cannot be reserved without payment and paperwork signed.

8. Alterations are not included in the sale price. A list of recommended seamstresses will be given out upon purchase.

9. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion.

10. The Bridal Room Atherstone reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.

12. Sizing: * Each sale gown is a one-off sample. Only one of each dress is available. * Sample gowns are available in a range of bridal sizes, typically UK bridal sizes 12, 14, 16 and 20. * Please note that bridal sizing differs from high street clothing. Most brides find they wear one to two sizes larger in bridalwear than they do in everyday clothing. * Don’t be put off by the size on the label. Our experienced stylists will advise whether a gown can be professionally altered to achieve the best fit. * As a general guide, many of our sample gowns can be altered down by up to two dress sizes or taken out by approximately one dress size, depending on the design, fabric and seam allowance. * For example, a bridal size 16 gown may often be altered to fit approximately a bridal size 12–18. Suitability will be discussed during your appointment, as alteration possibilities vary between gowns. * Alterations are not included in the purchase price unless otherwise stated.
